Book Return Procedures
How to RETURN BOOKS?
Send Notification
Send an email to lsmimclibrary@lsm.edu.ph or fill out the Book Return Form below to inform us of the details in returning the book/s.
Place Books in Return Box
Put all your book returns in the Book Return Box found at the School’s Enclosure Area. Make sure that all returned books are labeled properly with your name.
Receive Confirmation
An email notification will be sent to you by the Librarians to inform you that the books have been returned to the library.
Book Return Form
Reminder: Kindly label all books with your name and put them in the Book Return Box found at the School’s Enclosure Area. Thank you!
