He starts with stretching and strengthening routines before proceeding to the regular conditioning. Along with online training sessions that last up to more than two hours, he tries to keep in shape by maintaining a good diet and be at his best ability through quality sleeping patterns. Furthermore, he maintains a strong mindset because he believes mediocrity is unacceptable! He does not only prepare for tournaments in karate, but also faces daily challenges as a student. Looking forward, he was chosen to represent the nation in the Southeast Asian Karate Federation International Tournament. For now, he trains and works out to be physically and mentally warmed up for his next challenge.
