- Complete the Application Form
- Submit the Required Documents
- Digital Submission: Email digital copies of the documents to admissions@lsm.edu.ph with the subject "[Student’s Name] Admission for SY 2026-2027." For the recommendation form, recommenders may send the forms directly to lsmregistrar@lsm.edu.ph.
- In-Person Submission: Bring hard copies directly to the Registrar’s Office. For the recommendation form, you may collect the forms from the recommenders in a sealed envelope.
- Schedule the Entrance Exam: The entrance exam is conducted every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at either 9:00 AM or 1:30 PM. Applicants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time.
- Interview (Grades 4–11 Applicants Only): Applicants to Grades 4–11 will undergo an interview scheduled either before or after the entrance exam.
- Pay the Application Fee
- Online: Fund transfer or bank deposit to BPI account number 4161-0040-87 under the account name "Lourdes School of Mandaluyong." Send a screenshot of the fund transfer or a photo of the validated deposit slip to lsmcashier@lsm.edu.ph and lsmregistrar@lsm.edu.ph. Include the purpose of payment as "Entrance Exam Fee," along with your child’s name and grade level.
- In-Person: Payment can also be made at the school cashier when visiting the school for the face-to-face exam.
- Exam Results Notification: Parents/guardians will receive an email with the exam results within 3-5 working days.
