Students, faculty, and administrators were joined by His Excellency Karel Hejč, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Philippines, for the Awarding Ceremony of Lourdes School of Mandaluyong for the 54th International Children’s Exhibition of Fine Art (ICEFA) Lidice 2026.
The ICEFA Lidice is a prestigious international art competition and exhibition for children and young people, held annually in Lidice, Czech Republic. Established in 1967, the exhibition has grown into one of the world’s largest and most respected platforms for children’s visual art, bringing together young artists from across the globe.
This year, our Lourdesian artists proudly joined young creatives from different countries in expressing their ideas, imagination, and perspectives through art. Their recognition in this international exhibition is a testament not only to their artistic talent and dedication, but also to the meaningful role of art in giving children a voice and fostering understanding across cultures.
With the guidance of the High School Arts Teacher, Mr. Kyle Germane Labayan, the following students received awards from the ICEFA LIDICE 2026:
Brayden Qyle Q. Minerva
Leoncio M. Oliva IV
Lorenzo Gian E. Racelis
Jose Diego Louis R. Reyes
Paul Kristoffer S. Vivar

We are deeply grateful to His Excellency Ambassador Karel Hejč for gracing this special occasion and for honoring the achievements of our young artists. We likewise extend our heartfelt congratulations to our awardees, their families, and our dedicated faculty members who continue to nurture creativity and excellence among our students.
May this recognition inspire our young artists to continue creating, exploring, and sharing their gifts with the world. We are immensely proud of you, Lourdesians!
May opportunities such as the ICEFA Lidice continue to strengthen the friendship and cultural ties between the Czech Republic and the Philippines, bringing our young people closer through the universal language of art.

Congratulations to our ICEFA Lidice 2026 awardees! Pax et bonum!
