EARLIER TODAY: Despite the gloomy weather, the Grade School and High School Lourdesian masters gathered at Br. Juniper Square to joyfully celebrate the Institutional Advent Rites, bless the Advent wreaths, and light the First Candle of Advent—a powerful symbol of hope for us. As we begin this sacred season and a new Liturgical Year, we are called to open our hearts with hope and anticipation for the coming of Christ.
The Season of Advent invites us to embrace healing, renewal, and peace—not only within ourselves but throughout our community and the world. Amidst the challenges we face, let us be bearers of Christ’s love and light, sharing His peace with those who need it most. Together, let’s make room in our hearts for Jesus, living out the Gospel, and spreading joy and hope as we walk towards Christmas. Pax et bonum!
