Today, we’re thrilled to kick off our week-long Book Fair at the Albacina Hall – Lourdes School of Mandaluyong in celebration of National Book Month this November! This annual event highlights the joy and value of reading—especially for young masters as they grow and explore during these formative years.
Spearheaded by the LSM Instructional Media Center / Library, this year’s theme, “Magbasa, Mangarap, Magdiwang,” invites us to embrace the love of reading and share this passion with our Lourdesian community.
Here’s what’s happening beyond the fair:
CLASSROOM-BASED ACTIVITIES in the English Area
Read and Reel – A Book Promo Contest
Class Reading Challenge for
Gradeschoolers to Senior High
Wordsmith Contest for SHS students
Meet the Author – An exclusive chance to meet an inspiring author up close! (GS & HS)
IMC/LIBRARY-INITIATED ACTIVITIES in Albacina Hall
Pinoy Henyo: Library Edition – A fun and lively quiz challenge for GS & HS champs!
Art Workshop across grade levels
The contest schedules, mechanics, and other details will be posted on Schoology. Parents and guardians are welcome to visit the Book Fair after their son’s class dismissal. Let’s make this event a celebration of learning, creativity, and growth as we ignite our love for reading together. Pax et bonum!
